Who we are
Altrion Advisory is an independent strategic advisory practice founded by Derrick Tate, MSc FRICS, based in the United Kingdom. Altrion Advisory is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17106493, VAT registration number 517368476). Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. That means the name, organisation, email address and any message you submit through an enquiry form, and the answers and contact details you provide if you complete the FM Decision Risk Check. If you book a call, the details you enter are collected by our scheduling provider.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to return your Risk Check result and any commentary on it, and to arrange and prepare for a conversation. Where you have asked to hear from us again, we may occasionally send relevant insight. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining professional relationships. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Processors we use
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, call scheduling is handled by Calendly, and this website is hosted by our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions under their own terms, and email correspondence is handled by our email provider. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for up to two years afterwards for professional record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Engagement records are retained for six years where required for legal, insurance and tax purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to derrick@altrionadvisory.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Confidentiality of client work
Client engagements are treated as confidential. Case examples referenced on this site are anonymised, and no client information is published without written permission.
