Altrion Advisory is a UK-based independent practice working with corporate occupiers, private equity investors and FM providers. Enquiries are answered personally by Derrick Tate, usually within one working day.

The call

What happens when you book

Thirty minutes, with me, on the decision in front of you. There is no pitch and no follow-up sequence.

  1. Before

    Nothing to prepare

    No brief, no data pack, no internal alignment first. If it helps, take the FM Decision Risk Check beforehand so we start from a structured view — but it isn't required.

  2. During

    The decision, not the sales pitch

    You describe the decision, the timeline and what is making it difficult. I ask the questions I would ask in a paid engagement, and tell you where I think the exposure sits.

  3. During

    A straight read on whether you need help

    If your current course looks sound, you will hear that. If the risk is in a place you haven't looked, you will hear that too, along with what I would do about it.

  4. After

    No obligation, and no follow-up sequence

    If it makes sense to go further, I set out scope, timing and fee in a short note. If not, we leave it there. Everything discussed is treated as confidential from the first minute.
